Jyoti Agarwal is Managing Director at the Center for Talent Innovation and an Adjunct Professor in the Masters in Sports Management Program at Columbia University. She is an established strategy and marketing leader and also serves as a freelance consultant to businesses looking to use data and analytics to advance in these areas. Most recently Jyoti was part of the Global Strategy Group at the National Basketball Association, and previously worked with Bain & Company, PUMA North America and the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Jyoti holds a BS in Biology and a minor in Chemistry from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a keen philanthropist and world-traveler, whose sense of adventure has taken her on trips across the globe, including a visit to UNFPA program sites in Madagascar.
