Global President, Baby Care, Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company


Bridgette Heller is the Global President of Baby Care at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products Company, where she furthers a personal and corporate mission to improve the health and well-being of mothers around the world.

Growing up, Heller saw her family members work hard and creatively to succeed. Among her female relatives, she observed an inspiring combination of competence, authority and strong nurturing qualities, while several of the men in her family broke ground as entrepreneurs and business owners in a then-segregated Florida. They mentored her to do the same.

Heller has run her own consulting business, served as CEO of Chung’s Gourmet Foods and workedas an executive at Kraft Foods for many years. Today, she leads one of Johnson & Johnson's most global and innovative marketing units, baby care, which does most of its business outside North America. Under her direction, Johnson & Johnson’s baby care business has grown by 10% each year. Its brand has expanded into a number of new markets.

Through her corporation’s work, Heller sees significant opportunities to address gaps in health care around the world that leave women vulnerable. The Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies partners globally with governments, health leaders and local and international organizations to help women access the health care products they need.
